About the Job:
The Logistics Coordinator is a key member of our Customer Experience team. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping/receiving logistics for our point-of-sale (atVenu Register) hardware used by the music industry’s largest companies. This position acts as a crucial liaison between customers, account management, and the hardware team, coordinating efforts required to deploy the components our customers depend on to sell millions of dollars of merch, food, and beverage to event going fans.

You Will:
  • Work closely with internal teams and our customers to coordinate point-of-sale (atVenu Register) hardware deployments
  • Coordinate and track all outbound and inbound shipments, ensuring seamless communication of critical details such as delivery dates, address specifications, and recipient information between all internal and external parties; resolve logistical challenges as they arise
  • Utilize project management tools (ASANA) to schedule new point-of-sale (atVenu Register) deployments
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) software (JAMF) and project management tools (ASANA) to track overdue components and coordinate their return; provide customer outreach to ensure equipment is returned by agreed upon due date
  • Utilize e-commerce tools (Shopify) to coordinate atVenu reader exchanges, returns, or pickups while working closely with the atVenu Customer Support team
  • Participate in weekly logistics meetings which include key members of the Customer Experience team
  • Assist with various aspects of hardware deployment and maintenance; on an as needed basis
  • Collaborate with key members of the Customer Experience team to refine processes and identify additional software solutions that drive efficiency
  • Interact with all customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner

You Should Have:
  • 3-5 years logistics and customer relations experience, preferably within the music/entertainment/touring industry
  • Positive track record of being extremely organized and detail oriented with proven ability to manage competing priorities
  • Prior successful experience in a fast-faced environment that is deadline driven
  • Proficient with Apple products including MacBooks and iPads
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written
  • Professional attitude with an enthusiastic, positive nature
  • Works with a “no job too big or small” attitude
  • Self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed
  • Works great in a team and small company environment
  • Experience with logistics software, project management tools (Asana or similar), and Mobile Device Management tools (JAMF) is preferred but not required
  • atVenu Register experience is a plus, but not required

This position is fully office-based in our San Clemente, CA location.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 annually.
